Malcolm in the Middle - Old Mrs. Old

The trouble starts when Malcolm hits a ball into their grouchy old neighbor's yard. Malcolm climbs over the fence to get the ball and Mrs. Griffin grabs him by the hair. She won't let go, so Malcolm tries to get away. He ends up pushing Old Griffin down and breaking her arm. Bad Move.
Malcolm's Mom makes him apologize, and even worse - he has to go over to her house every day after school to help Mrs. Griffin, until her arm gets better. And Old Griffin is a major hag. She swears and yells all the time - and makes Malcolm clean up all her junk, and rub lotion on her wrinkled, disgusting feet. Malcolm snaps. So one afternoon, while she's passed out (from drinking), he and the Krelyboynes decide to "borrow" Mrs. Griffin's car. (Where do they come up with these ideas?) This turns out to be pretty fun, until Malcolm's Mom spots him driving around town. Malcolm burns back to Mrs. Griffin's place with the car in a total panic. But Mrs. Griffin actually covers for him. She tells Malcolm's Mom that he was driving her to the hospital. That's cool. But she also tells his Mom that Malcolm has agreed to do chores for her BEFORE and AFTER school - what an evil bag!
