Aaron Carter Loves His Mom Again

Singer Aaron Carter and his mom have worked out their issues and Aaron is no longer suing mom. However, not long after that family fued ended, another began. Aaron and Nick's mom, Jane Carter, was arrested for allegedly breaking into her ex-husband Robert Carter's home and attacking his new girlfriend. Also, Robert Carter is being sued by an entertainment manager who claims Mr. Carter cut him out of Aaron's career.

Nick Carter and Paris Hilton are in Love
The only happy Carter family member these days seems to be Nick Carter. The Backstreet Boys are back together and recording their new album, and Nick has a new girlfriend - Paris Hilton. In case you live under a rock, Paris Hilton is the star of The Simple Life - the girl who didn't know what Wal-Mart was. Paris Hilton even threw Nick a surprise birthday bash at the recording studio where he was working with the other Backstreet Boys. Besides a ton of designer clothes, Paris gave Nick a $150 cake with her picture on it.

Brittany Murphy is Engaged
Ashton Kutcher, who? Just Married actress, Brittany Murphy just got engaged to talent manager, Jeff Kwantinetz! Jeff runs The Firm (the "it" management agency in LA) and he and Brittany have been together since early 2003. The two hooked up shortly after Murphy and Ashton Kutcher split.

Justin Timberlake Strips Janet Jackson

Yeah, we're not kidding about this one. During the Super Bowl XXXVII halftime show - aired live on national television - Justin Timberlake ripped a piece of Janet Jackson's leather top right off - revealing her breast for the whole world to see. Everybody involved says it was a mistake - Justin calls it a "wardrobe malfunction" - but rumors say it was totally planned. Check back in with the February 2004 Celebrity Recap for the full 411.
