February 5, 2004

T minus three hours before my week-long grounding is finally over. This really has been one of the most painful weeks of my life. I've been forced to endure family night after family night after family night - and if I have to watch another Mary-Kate and Ashley video with Amy I am going to freak-out!

Mom decided since I've been cooped up in the house all week that she's gonna let me head out to the movies with A.J. and Kaelin. Not sure what we're gonna see but I've got my fingers crossed that they'll be up for a little Win a Date with Tad Hamilton! I know it's cheesy but after a week with the fam, that's really something I need. An extra-large popcorn, some Twizzlers and maybe even some of that killer movie theater peach juice - yum!

I know this is going to sound horrible but I kind of wish that it was just me and Kaelin going to the movies tonight. I'm sure we're going to have a great time together and I have missed hangin' with A.J. but part of me just wants it to be a romantic night for two. Selfish, I know. Maybe my new project should be finding A.J. a guy of her own. I'm going to have to pick A.J.'s brain a bit before though, cuz I honestly don't know what she looks for in a guy. Tall and handsome? Smart and funny? Or maybe she's really into the science club kind of guy. There is research to do.

Ok. Now that I have a plan, I will have to put it into action tonight. I guess it is a good thing that all three of us are going - it'll give me plenty of time to point out potential matches to A.J. at the theater. I guess I should start getting ready now since I'm supposed to meet up at the movies in a couple hours. Promised mom I'd have all my homework done by then... haven't actually started it though. T minus two and a half hours...

Peace Out,

Sindy
