James Bond 007: Everything or Nothing Game Cheat: Vertigo Level Walkthrough

I've got James Bond 007: Everything or Nothing for the PS2 and I'm stuck on the level Vertigo. My objective is to get to the top of the tower and I've defeated all the bad guys on the first floor but then I don't know where to go. I've used all my gadgets but I really am stuck.

James Bond 007: Everything or Nothing Vertigo Level Walkthrough
The first thing you want to do is make sure you're totally stealthy - if you can knock out the first four bad guys without getting noticed it's worth a Bond Moment. When you enter the level, head right and hit the guard at the end of the tunnel with a sleeper dart. Then, go through the tunnel and head right again, you'll find three more guards that will drop some cool power-ups, just make sure you stay sneaky.Once the guards on the first level have been beaten, it's time to rappel up to the next level. In the tall room that one of the guards was, um, guarding, there's a ledge. Get your Rappel Gun gadget out and fire it at the ledge. Use your rappelling skills to climb up the wall, but watch out for the guard who'll be up there, and the three other goons who are going to try to beat you senseless.
On the next level the elevator will be broken (in the beginnging), so you'll become good friends with your Rappel Gun before you finish the level. Good luck secret agent!
