Mattel, the makers of the ultimate girl's girl (Barbie), is bringing New York Minute Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen dolls to a toy store near you. Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen Take on New York

These 11.5 inch beauties are all decked out in the same funky outfits that the girls wear in their flick, New York Minute. Mary-Kate is groovin' in jeans and layered T's while Ashley is showing off her sophisticated side in a blazer and chiffon skirt. The dolls are so real-looking, you may start to wonder if the Olsen twins accidentally walked onto the set of Honey I Shrunk the Kids or something.

Ok, so we've all seen some pretty sweet Barbie dolls put out by Mattel over the years. You may even still have a few kicking around in the toy box. Well, just think of the most top-of-the-line Barbie you've laid eyes on and multiply the cool factor a couple times. The accessories that come with this bendable duo are out of sight. Mary-Kate gets to rock out with her very own iPod and Ashley shows off her school-smarts by breaking out a copy of the New York Times. They've got shoes, CDs, snacks and a whole lot more to keep them occupied - and to share with all the rest of the Barbies chillin' and your house. The Olsen dolls even come complete with the little dog from the movie.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen Double Trouble

The Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen dolls will definitely be a great addition to any girls' doll collection but as with most things there are a few minor annoyances. First, it seems like someone attempted to make Ashley's hair look slicked back but instead it just feels like she had a big bottle of white glue poured in there. This seems to be easily brushed out though. Also, most of the accessories are very small so you'll have to be really careful that you don't lose them or that your pets don't end up swallowing them.
