So, summer vacation is just about over. I'm heading back today after two weeks of hangin' out in California with Sindy. The West Coast was totally cool and it was great to see Sindy. She's basically been grounded for the past few weeks because she got that belly button ring, but her parents cut her some slack while I was there and let us go do some stuff on her own.We went wakeboarding, hung out at the beach and I met her new boyfriend, Kaelin. He's not a bad guy. We went skateboarding one day, and he's not bad. He's not as good as he thinks he is and nowhere near as good as I am. He can't kickflip and can barely land an ollie. But whatever, he skates. That's all that really matters.
Going back to school totally sucks. It's gonna be cool to see my friends - but I definitely won't be talking to Kara. She spent the whole summer in Florida and didn't even send me one postcard or email - what a bag! I'm definitely not looking forward to getting up early every day to hear my teachers talk about a bunch of stuff that's totally boring. Fractions? Who cares? History? Why bother? I'd rather take a nap.
