Is it just us, or did Paris Hilton pay millions for her nose job? It's slimmer than before, but now it hooks downward at the tip! It's actually kind of cool though, cuz her unique nose now gives this heiress some character.Lil Kim
Rapper Lil Kim seems to have undergone a major change! We're not sure if she's trying to achieve the Michael Jackson look, but her skin is definitely lighter and whiter than before. Although she looks good, we hope she doesn't go too far with this bleaching process.Bottom Line
Although many Hollywood celebrities have gone under the knife to change or improve their looks, not all of them have. So think twice before you accuse someone of plastic surgery cuz it could just be a rumor. And keep in mind that even though plastic surgery can change physical appearances, it's what's on the inside that counts.
