Earthquakes 101
Earthquakes happen more often then we think. We just can't feel all of them. And they don't all happen in California, either; Alaska actually gets more major quakes than the "Quake Capital" of the USA! Back to Article
this morning a 4.7 richter earthquake came through while we were sitting inside the house. It sounded like a giant freight train was coming through the house for about 10 - 12 seconds. It was very scary. Everything was shaking and the noise was very loud. I will never forget that sound and that feeling. And it was only 4.7. What if had been a bigger one?
earthquakes are cool but very scary most times especially in Haiti
we always have earthquake drills even in the first day of school
earthquakes dont happen where i am but if u are beware of one just pray jesus will make it alright anybody agree
