You want game cheats for Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 on the Playstation 2? No problem! I have a ton of info for you, including a cheat that'll get you to level 21 right away. I also have all the tricks you'll need to unlock hordes of Dragon Ball Z characters, game modes and super bonuses for DBZ Budokai 3. The coolest part is that you even get free bonuses just for having a Dragon Ball Z Budokai 2 saved game on your memory card, as long as that stupid Playstation Underground Holiday Demo CD didn't wipe it out. Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 Level-Up PS2 Game Cheat!

To power up Goku at the beginning of the Dragon Universe mode, head to Kami's Lookout. You can get there by starting the game and flying straight West on the map - it's the top of the spindly tower. You'll gain a level for free. Then, save your game, quit, and start the Dragon Universe mode all over again with the same character. Head back to Kami's Lookout and gain another level! Keep this up until you're at level 21, then you're ready to kick butt.

Unlocking Extras for Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 on PS2

Grandpa Gohan's House	When you're supposed to battle Piccolo in the mountains, head to Grandpa Gohan's house and beat Goku instead.
Android 16	He's on a plain in the south islands - drag him to Bulma in West City.
Android 17	Kick his butt with Piccolo in the Dragon Universe mode.
Android 18	Beat the Dragon Universe mode with Krillin.
Bardok	Fly over Raditz's space ship at the start of Dragon Universe. Find the ??? and enter it.
Captain Ginyu	Defeat him with Goku in Dragon Universe mode.
Cell	Beat him in Dragon Universe Mode with Teen Gohan.
Cell Jr.	Get to level 30-ish and beat Piccolo in the Dragon Arena.
