Neopets Trading Card Game: Curse of Maraqua Sneak Peek 3

Hannah is out of the Ice Caves, The Black Pawkeet has sailed into a Neopian harbour with a crew full of pirates and Nereid the Water Faerie has arrived to save the day! Something is definitely happening to Neopia and we have a sneak peek at what's up next with our preview of the Curse of Maraqua expansion set for the Neopets Trading Card Game from Wizards of the Coast.

The news this week is that, with The Black Pawkeet in Neopian waters and Nereid the Water Faerie helping to battle it, things have become crazy. The pirates, smugglers and other Neopets are stashing their loot in Smuggler's Cove. It's a special cave hiding place full of Neopet treasures! If you know where it is, you can go there and get all kinds of fabulous items.

What can you do with a Smuggler's Cove card? Well, it's a tricky card to use but here goes. If you have cards that make you put cards on the bottom of your deck, you can use those and arrange it so that the card you need is on the bottom. Then, use the Smuggler's Cove to draw that card!

Hang in there Neopians, we're just getting started. We have more card previews from the Curse of Maraqua expansion and we'll bring you a new one each week until the set drops on February 25, 2005. Here's a look at our first preview card, the pirate ship The Black Pawkeet.
