The Curse of Maraqua expansion set for the [kwlink]Neopets Trading Card Game[/kwlink] drops in a store near you on February 25, 2005, but we have a [kwlink]sneak peek[/kwlink] at what's new in Neopia right here. First came the hideous [kwlink]Black Pawkeet[/kwlink] pirate ship. Next was [kwlink]Nereid, the Water Faerie[/kwlink] to rally the Neopian heroes. Last was the [kwlink]Smuggler's Cove[/kwlink], where strange treasures are buried and discovered.

Now there's a new Neopet who's just chillin' in Neopia. Rather than getting involved with The Black Pawkeet or Nereid, this guy just wants lunch and [kwlink]something cool[/kwlink] to play with. He's card 51 of the 120-card Curse of Maraqua expansion set for the [kwlink]Neopets TCG[/kwlink] and here he is.

What's the story with this new Neopet? He's a basic Neopet with a good Strength and decent Magic and Intelligence ratings. Plus, he'll munch on Water Neopets for breakfast! You can toss this dude into all kinds of decks and he'll be great!

Hang in there Neopians, we're just getting started. We have more card previews from the Curse of Maraqua expansion and we'll bring you a new one each week until the set drops on February 25, 2005. Here's a look at our earlier preview cards.
