Pokemon Game Cheats! Evolve Seadra and Capture Celebi!

It's time for Pokemon video game cheats! Some Kidzworld members have been having trouble capturing or evolving some of their Pokemon in the Pokemon Ruby game, or have been stumped on catching a Pokemon in Pokemon FireRed. So they emailed Gary and here's the secret info they're looking for! Don't forget, you can get tons of cheats like these from Cheat Street if you're stuck in your fave game.

I was wondering, how do you evolve Seadra into Kingdra? I've tried everything.

Hey PrInCeSsElla,
I got your email and you're right, that's a tricky one! Here's the thing, Seadra the Water Pokemon doesn't evolve into Kingdra the Water/Dragon Pokemon normally. What you need to do is to equip him with a Dragon Fang and then trade him. Once he's traded, blammo! Instant evolution.

How can I catch Celebi in Pokemon Ruby or Sapphire or in Pokemon FireRed or LeafGreen?

Hey Edi10,
Ok, I read your email and there are some problems. First, no game cheat will help you to capture Celebi on Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire or in Pokemon FireRed/LeafGreen. Celebi just isn't available to be caught in those games. Normally you can't catch it in Pokemon Colosseum either! But, you used to be able to get it by pre-ordering a copy of Pokemon Colosseum from Japan! If you pulled this off, you got a bonus CD that you could use to download Celebi onto your GBA.

So… there's basically no way to get Celebi unless you know someone who already has him. If you do, see if they have a copy of the bonus CD! Or you can just trade with a friend who already has him.
