One Tree Hill: Friends With Benefit features tracks from familiar One Tree artists like Gavin DeGraw, Tyler Hilton and Bethany Joy Lenz. It's packed with new tunes too that are sure to have you groovin'.

The release of the CD happens at the same time that Peyton is putting together a benefit CD on the show to raise money and awareness for breast cancer. You can catch the show on the WB, Wednesdays at 8pm.

When you purchase Friends With Benefit, a portion of the sales will go directly to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

The video for the song The Mixed Tape, by Jack's Mannequin, features Hilarie Burton.

The album cover, and sketches that Peyton draws on the show, were actually drawn by artist Helen Ward.
