this would be what i would have to eat as a good sorse of food as i do rowing 3 times a week and riding 2 times a week and im starting xc running.
im too fat n im going to the beach in june n i wanna try to be on a diet but i dont know how to get started on a diet because i have never been on a diet before. I dont like my height, weight, or anything about myself n i wanna change badly. i just dont know wut to do at all. im doing good on pop because i dont need pop.... What if you dont like milk what else can you drink besides milk? im always in bad moods anymore and i cant help it i dont know how to change it. i dont like it at all.
i know how to be healthy but thanks for the advice
