Seann William Scott - Before American Pie

Seann William Scott grew up in small town Minnesota. Graduating high school early, Seann decided to make his way to LA and try his hand at acting. His career didn't take off right away, but he did manage to land roles on shows like Sweet Valley High and Unhappily Ever After. Seann even had a starring role in the Aerosmith video, Hole in my Soul.

Seann William Scott - Alter Egos

In 1999, Seann finally landed his breakthrough role in a flick called American Pie. Seann played the class clown, Stifler - a guy who was always macking on the ladies and pulling stupid pranks. Thanks to American Pie's huge success, Seann was able to reprise his role as Stifler in two follow up movies, American Pie 2 and American Wedding. His new found fame also helped him land parts in flicks like Final Destination, Dude Where's My Car and Road Trip.

Seann William Scott - Breaking Out of the Mold

While Seann definitely has slap-stick humor down, he decided to break out of his funny-guy mold for a bit to film the action flick, The Rundown - with wrestling persona, The Rock - in 2003. He was quick to jump back into comedy though, with the release of his latest film, The Dukes of Hazzard. Seann plays Bo Duke, alongside Johnny Knoxville and Jessica Simpson, in this remake of the 1970s TV show. Expect to see Seann on the big screen for a while to come, as he is currently working on several new movies.
