The high-speed, foot-shuffling action of Dance Dance Revolution Extreme is music for the ears! This game from Konami won the Best Video Game Soundtrack award at the 2005 MTV Video Music Awards on August 28, 2005. What's even cooler is that DDR Extreme 2 for the PS2 hits stores on September 27, 2005.

Disney's Aladdin Chess Adventures for PC

Aladdin, Jasmine and Abu the monkey are diggin' the game of chess and you can join 'em. This game packs nearly 100 puzzles, eight worlds and tons of exciting chess action into a CD that's dropping in October 2005. If you want to learn chess without it being a snore, this is 'da bomb!

Tamagotchi Video Game Time!

The original virtual pet is getting its very own video game for the Nintendo DS with Tamagotchi: Corner Shop this Christmas! In it, you'll be able to run a store in the Tamagotchi world. Each store has different minigames to play and, if you do well, your store could become Princess Tamako's fave.

The Legend of Zelda Delayed Until 2006!

The new Legend of Zelda video game, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, is going to be late! Rather than launching before Christmas in 2005, it's being pushed back until March 31, 2006.

Nintendo DS Price Drop

The Nintendo DS price dropped to $130 US on August 21, 2005 to celebrate the launch of the Nintendogs video game.

Gameboy Micro is Coming!

The wee lil' Gameboy Micro will be in a store near you on September 16, 2005. Bring a magnifying glass, these things are teensy!
