Get the 411 on the Utgar's Rage expansion for the HeroScape board game with our review!

New Heroscape packs are here! The constructible board game of battling fantasy armies just got bigger with five new heroes and five new squads of warriors. The heroes include a noble knight, a savage wolf-man and a super-strong troll named Krug. The other squads add more Marro Drones as well as knights, frenzied wolf-men and more. There are lots of cheap new warriors in this set and more ways to power up your troops with heroes. Nothing in this set is outrageously powerful, except Krug the troll, but they're still fun to add to your army.

Utgar's Rage Heroes

  • Krug - an insanely powerful brute.
  • Khosumet the Darklord - a wolf-man who boosts attack.
  • Me-Burq-Sa - a commander with paralyzing stare.
  • Sir Denrick - a monster-slaying knight.
  • Swog Rider - an orc commander who boosts archers.
  • Utgar's Rage Squads

  • Anubian Wolves - frenzied wolf-men.
  • Knights of Weston - brave knights.
  • Minions of Utgar - winged warriors.
  • 4th Massachusetts Line - soldiers from Earth's past.
  • Marro Drones - drones that attack in a huge mob.
  • Heroscape: Utgar's Rate - Thumbs Up

  • Lots of cheap new heroes and troops.
  • Krug the troll is incredibly powerful!
  • The figs all look great.
  • Heroscape: Utgar's Rate - Thumbs Down

  • You still need a crowbar and dynamite to open them.
  • The Marro Drones are only good if you buy lots of them.
  • Krug the troll is way too powerful!
  • Toy Rating: 4
    Age: 8 and up
    Price Range: 1

    Price Range Legend
    $0-$15 = 1
    $16-$30 = 2
    $31-$45 = 3

    • The troll will win!
    • The knights can beat that troll!
    • I'll have to play the game to find out.

Lately it's been weird, mostly I've been trying to learn jungle Elise (say learn but I've had over a good 30 games with her probably) I just love her kit, and her style and UGH shes amazing. So for me, she's my jungle main, but I also main Heimerdinger, because, well he's Heimerdinger, and it's fun out playing people in the dumbest of ways with him. And I'm trying to learn top Singed, cause well....Singed.
