Become A Sporting Good Inventor

Got a good idea for a cool new piece of sports equipment? Bring your idea to life with the By Kids For Kids Invent-A-Toy World Games. This competition is for kids only and gives you a chance to turn that cool idea for a sports product you've been thinking about into a real product. Whether it's a piece of sports gear you've already created or just something you've thought about, your new invention could be turned into a new product and make you a super rich kid.

How Do I Enter My Invention?

All you have to do is put your idea in writing by going to www.bkfk.com/challenge/. There are no fees for entering the competition and winners will receive a patent for their new sports product or toy, a licensing contract for your their product, a $2,500 savings bond and most importantly, national recognition as an inventor!

New Sports Inventions By Kids

The winning sports product invention from last year was the Aim 'N Fish - a unique fish-shaped rod that actually casts for beginner anglers. The spring-loaded rod allows a person to aim the fishing line, and with the press of a button it shoots to that location. Other sports products that have been invented by kids include the Battie Caddie - a bike accessory that can fit on any bicycle handlebar to hold a baseball glove, bat and ball securely. The BKFK Invent-A-Toy World Games competition is on until January 16, 2006 so get started on your inventions now. For more info, head to www.bkfk.com.

It's definitely an American thing - here in Australia we have like no Cheerleaders or Cheerleading groups. I think it's a sport but I'm not really into it. I think any girls or boys can do it. :3

Sure, many girls can fight, in fact some can fight really well, however it is a fact that women are generally physically weaker than men, which means that if a healthy male and a healthy female were to fight then the outcome wouldn't be 50/50 but rather 25/75 if even that much, this assumes that both the male and female have the same experience, training and of course both are healthy. This doesn't mean that women are inferior to men, but I am just pointing out facts, the notion that men and women are exactly the same and should be carrying out the same tasks is ridiculous.
