So it sounds like you guys had a pretty great Halloween! Thanks for sending in all your stories. It's always so great to hear from you! Things with me are alright. Lots of school work, my sister is annoying as ever and I rarely have time to see Josh. But, Thanksgiving is just around the corner and I am so excited.

I think that my parents are actually going to call a truce for the day and we're going to have a crazy big meal together. Turkey, sweet potatoes, stuffing, gravy... it's going to be awesome! What are your plans for the big holiday? Do you have a big family dinner or is it more low-key? I've posted all your comments about Halloween and I can't wait to hear about your Thanksgiving Day adventures!

1 I was the Corpse Bride for Halloween. I had a sleeveless dress and a pro did my make-up (she's my sis-in-law).

1 My Halloween was pretty cool. I trick or treated mostly in my neighborhood and everyone was nice even though I had doubts I was a bit old. I got a ton a candy, but I went to trick or treat a little late, but before 9pm. I got tons of candy, sadly I had no one to trade it with. My bro wouldn't go with me and so I had a great Halloween anyways!

1 Dear Sindy, My Halloween was great. I was a Gothic Chick. After I was done trick-or-treating I went to a party. My crush was there and he asked me to dance. It was the best Halloween ever!!!

1 Hey Sindy, My Halloween went alright. I went to a school dance and danced with my girlfriend Shelby - it was cool. Then I went to go trick or treating, but didn't get anything. Same thing happened to me but it was cool having a movie night with my friends and playing some video games and coming on Kidzworld a lot to talk to people. I hope I can talk to you on chat. Well bye. Have a great Thanksgiving Sindy!

Peace Out,

You should if you really want to, but I don't think it should matter the amount of knowledge you and your friends have, because friendship is merely friendship! :) Plus, when you tell them, it may come across as bragging and they would perceive you as a show-off. Hope this helps!

Congratulations on being gifted and getting all the opportunties what your getting :) You knows your friends better than any of us and how does you think they will react if you tell them?  Thinks about if one of your friends told you and how you would feel.  Be proud and enjoy your learning and you will meet other gifted people too in your classes and ask them their experiences too of how/if they told friends. If it was me then I probably wouldnt but thats just me personality. I wouldnt ever get in the gifted group anyway so I doesnt really have to think about this :)

Don't go out of your way to talk about it. A lot of people are off put by people who talk about their intelligence a lot. If it comes up in a conversation, you can talk about it, but you probably won't need to tell them. Usually with people who are genuinely intelligent, they don't need to talk about their intelligence, it's obvious to everyone around you, and therefore people who are not as intelligent might feel like you're rubbing it in.

Maybe you should wait until you feel a little bit more comfy talking to them, and then tell them!  :D
