Tiger Games has a new plug and play TV game just for teen girls. Check out our review of Dream Life.

Move over Pac Man, there's a new plug and play TV game in town. And this time, it's just for girls! Dream Life is the first TV video game that lets girls create their very own virtual universe. Start by deciding what you want your character and friends to look like. Choose clothes, hair styles, even personalities. The game allows you to meet new people, go to school and even shop at the mall! But you're going to have to do a little work around the house so you can earn some money to take with you on those big shopping sprees! The game itself is contained in a super sleek turquoise and black console and comes complete with a wireless remote. The remote can also be stashed away in the console for easy storage.

Dream Life - Thumbs Up

  • Customize your own virtual world, complete with new clothes, hair styles and friends!
  • No game console necessary, just plug Dream Life straight into your TV!
  • Reminds you of the importance of doing chores and keeping up with your studies.
  • Easy set up - you won't need to hound the 'rents to help you set it up every time you want to play.
  • Dream Life - Thumbs Down

  • Batteries are not included so you're going to need to round up four AA batteries and two AAA's.
  • Only one player can play this game. It would have been cooler if you and all your pals could navigate Dream Life at the same time.
  • Toy Rating: 4
    Age: 8 and up
    Price Range: 3

    Price Range Legend
    $0-$15 = 1
    $16-$30 = 2
    $31-$45 = 3
    $46-$60 = 4
    $60+ = 5
