Fashion Police :: Worst Dressed of 2005

We chose the best dressed - and now it's time to pick out the worst! Get the scoop on which celebrities were walking fashion faux pas in 2005!

#5. Mary-Kate Olsen

Though her twin, Ashley, was one of 2005's best dressed celebs, Mary-Kate Olsen didn't make the cut. Once labeled a fashion icon for pioneering the boho look, the tiny M-K became barely visible under layers and layers of oversized clothing, making her look more like a bag lady than a teen queen.

#4. Katie Holmes

Katie Holmes looked great this year, but what was up with the accessory on her arm? No, not that bracelet or purse - we're talking about Tom Cruise! Whether they were out and about in Hollywood or filming on location in China, they always managed to wear color-coordinated outfits, which is only cute when you're a two year-old twin.

#3. Paris Hilton

For a girl with millions in her pocket, Paris Hilton managed to look cheap and tacky all year long. In slinky dresses, butt-baring [kwlink]jeans[/kwlink] and barely-there tops, her need to flaunt her bod is way past its prime. Paris, take a little tip from us and spend your cash on clothes that cover you up!

#2. Christina Aguilera

In an attempt to stand out from the sea of celebs, Christina Aguilera became a fashion disaster with her retro costumes and overdone hair and make-up. In fact, the dirrty girl usually looked like she was stepping out to trick-or-treat for Halloween!

#1. Britney Spears
Maybe it's cuz of those frequent bathroom breaks at gas stations, but Britney Spears' style has gone from trashy to trashier! Her fashion definitely wasn't in the zone this year, as she sloppily stepped out in grungy clothes and matted hair - now that's toxic!

What's the difference between emo and goth? :confused I wouldn't know I'm awful when it comes to stereotypes although mean girls and the DUFF have been very educational.  My style is meeeeee :love the style that always changes. But I have always been an outcast, so I'd rather just be a loner or something.

Sixteen and Twenty-one? Ah nah. This isn't okay at all. I think your parents or you should tell her parents. This is the only way.

While engagement isn't illegal for juveniles, marriage is as you can already tell. Judging by your feelings, I don't think the relationship will last long enough for him to be able to wait. I heard some courts will allow it, depending on location. Knowing whether her engagement is okay is a tricky thing. She seems pretty confident in the relationship. As for your own feelings, how well do you know him? Do you have any knowledge about him outside their love life? Do her parents know anything about him? If you don't now the answers, don't be afraid to ask them to her or her parents. I'm also a 16-year-old girl and I don't feel comfortable with it. Many young adults have a hard time understanding the transition from  teen to adult, but if he's put his problems on her, that's a bad sign. I don't think 5 months is long enough in my opinion and I think this could lead to making bad habits in a relationship. I appreciate that you're trying to help your friend be safe. Hopefully some of her closest people will help her with you. They don't necessarily have to steer her against him, but they should help guide her into deciding what's best ad how to carry on from that.
