Golden Girl

Since she appeared in The Horse Whisperer at the age of 14, Scarlett Johansson has taken Hollywood by storm and become one of the busiest actresses around. Her latest flick is the Woody Allen thriller, Match Point, in which she was nominated for a Golden Globe! She's also taken the fashion world by storm and steals the spotlight wherever she goes, whether she's walking the red carpet or hanging with her hottie, Josh Hartnett.

Old Hollywood Glamor

Luckily, you don't need a Golden Globe nom to feel like a golden girl! Scarlett is a fan of Old Hollywood, so you'll need a fabulous gown, preferably something colorful, elegant and guaranteed to make heads turn. Wear your hair up (ask your mom or BFF for some help), accentuate your lips with a dramatic red shade and choose sky-scraper heels in a color that matches the dress - or your lipstick. Don't let your look get lost in translation with a gazillion necklaces and bracelets. Instead, keep it simple with a clutch and a diamond necklace or earrings - but not both. If ya can't afford diamonds, then get a cheap, sparkly version of a girl's best friend!

I totally feel the same way. The one guy I thought was interested friend-zoned me, so I've been kind of closed to relationships. One thing I've learned is not to jump into a relationship just because everyone else is. Just think, in 20 years they'll have all these bad memories of their many relationships, and you'll learn from their mistakes. Wanting to be in a relationship doesn't make you desperate either. You just feel a little left out. Trust me, I've been there. Don't feel alone. Being single, well, sucks, but don't worry, we've got your back, and I just know there's someone out there waiting to meet you.

Hi everyone! I'm starting at a new school next year and I'm wondering if you have any tips. The thing is, it's my first ever year at a public school. I'm joining the 8th grade, so I'm so scared that everyone already knows eachother and I won't make any friends... :( If you have ANY advice or tips, I'd really appreciate it!
