Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are expecting a child together! This announcement comes just months after Brad made moves to adopt Angelina's children, Maddox and Zahara.

Gwyneth Paltrow and Coldplay singer, Chris Martin, are expecting their second child sometime this year. The couple already has a daughter named Apple who is almost two.

Melissa Joan Hart gave birth to her first child on January 11, 2006 - a little boy named Mason Walter Wilkerson. Melissa and her husband, Mark Wilkerson, have been married since July 2003.

January 2006 Celebrity Injury Report

Lindsay Lohan was rushed to hospital on January 2, 2006 due to a severe asthma attack. She was kept in hospital for a few days for observation, but has completely recovered. Later in the month Lindsay had to get stitches after she sliced her leg on a broken teacup.

Joaquin Phoenix, star of the Oscar-nominated flick Walk the Line, was in a car accident this month. When the brakes on his car failed, Joaquin lost control of his car, which flipped and collided with another vehicle. Fortunately, the actor walked away from the accident without any injuries.

Vanity Fair published an interview with Lindsay Lohan in January where she confessed to have battled with bulimia in the past. Lindsay however is now outraged and says her words have been misconstrued. Vanity Fair stands by its story though, and even has the interview backed up on tape.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen have invested $2 million into their fave LA cake shop - Sweet Lady Jane. The girls have even begun making cake suggestions and helping with other business decisions. Does this mean the end of Olsen twin clothing and shampoo?
