Burnout Revenge: Xbox 360 Racing Video Game Review

Electronic Arts just took their wicked Burnout Revenge racing game for the Playstation 2 and Xbox and stuck it on the super-powerful Xbox 360 game console. Gary fired it up and took it for a spin around the race track a few dozen times to test it out. Here's the Kidzworld review of this smash-'em racing game!

Burnout Revenge for Xbox 360 - High Speed Basics

Va-va-vroom! It's a racing game so brace yourself to hit the streets at speeds that make light speed look slow. It has a basic Racing Mode where you compete with a bunch of computer cars, plus Online Mode for racing against other gamers. But, the real kicker for Burnout Revenge is the Crash Mode where you score points by causing the biggest, loudest, and most jaw-dropping crashes.

Cool Collisions in Burnout Revenge for Xbox 360

Burnout Revenge for the Xbox 360 game console is part racing game and part demolition derby! Not only do you get the high-speed action of a wicked racing game, the Xbox 360 makes it look incredible and you get boosts from slammin' the competition into the walls. On top of that, the explosions, crashes, smashes and bashes look like something from a Jerry Bruckheimer movie!

Wimpy Wipeouts in Burnout Revenge for Xbox 360

After you spend some time chillin' with this game you'll notice that, honestly, it's not much better than the PS2 or Xbox versions of Burnout Revenge. Sure, it looks better, but not by much.

If you want a racing game with a ton of ways to smash up cars as you scream through traffic and fly past the competition, this game is a winner. But, if you already have Burnout Revenge for the PS2 or Xbox, you can skip this one.
