We review the Zanafor's Discovery set for the HeroScape board game of fantasy battles!
The HeroScape: Battle of All Time board game is a game of fantasy battles where you control warriors that fight for control of magical springs. Check out the basic game review right here. The Zanafor's Discovery set gives you four new boxes of warriors you can add to your game. Here's a breakdown of the boxes.
HeroScape: Zanafor's Discovery - Victory or Defeat?
This expansion gets bonus points for not being packed with Utgar troops! It also has some good, cheap warriors with the Elves, Serpents and Greeks so make sure you get a lot of them. Two of the three cowboys are very cool, the third is only really good in battles with Deathwalker Soulborgs. The Soulborgs are ho-hum, even their hero. The wizard is only good in huge battles, but the other two heroes are really cool, especially Parmenio. He really powers up the Greeks!HeroScape: Zanafor's Discovery - Thumbs Up
