Ice Age 2 - Brink of Extinction

Manny, Sid and Diego are back in Ice Age 2 - The Meltdown! When the ice age animals find out that the ice is melting and a huge ocean wave will likely kill them, they all decide to travel to the rumored "boat". But Manny, the mammoth, has everybody feeling sorry for him because they think he's the last mammoth on Earth and will likely go extinct!

Ice Age 2 - The Three Possums

As the three go along, they meet three new characters - Ellie, Crash and Eddie. Ellie is a female mammoth and the other two are pesky possums. Despite Ellie's appearance, she actually thinks she's a possum like Crash and Eddie! But when you've got two mammoths who are both single, you know there's going to be a love connection! Of course, it wouldn't be a very exciting movie if there weren't some nasty creatures to stir up trouble like the two sea creatures with nasty teeth and ugly warts that are constantly after Manny and the gang!

Ice Age 2 - Get Over It!

All the characters in the movie realize they've got to get over some of their fears, learn to accept others and save themselves. The song sequence with Sid is funny, and it might even become a big hit!

Ice Age 2 - DVD Features

The original Ice Age gang is back - and a few new characters have joined the ranks in the Ice Age 2: The Meltdown movie. If you're a fan of the crazy antics of Manny and his pals, you'll love the Ice Age 2 DVD. Not only will you get to check out behind-the-scenes footage, you'll also get to watch an ice cold music video, a short film titled No Time for Nuts and hilarious outtakes. But that's not all! Ice Age 2 - Bottom Line

Nothing's really changed with the characters since the first movie. Manny is still the wise one. Diego, the saber-toothed tiger, still has the attitude. And Sid, the sloth, is still trying to gain some respect. The movie is hilarious but darker than the first because it's got a lot to do with death and extinction. But don't worry, it's still mixed in with a lot of comedy. The animation is awesome, especially the water because it looks so realistic. Is it worth checking out? Yes, definitely! Will the animals make it? You'll have to go watch it to find out!
