We review the new Thaelenk Tundra expansion for the HeroScape: Battle of All Time board game!

Grab a warm coat and a cup of hot chocolate because the icy new Thaelenk Tundra expansion for the HeroScape: The Battle of All Time board game is here! It's a jumbo terrain pack that's loaded with frozen mountains, snow tiles and ice tiles for your fantasy battle games. There are also three Dzu-Teh yeti-beasts you can add to your Jandar army and rules for battles in frozen storms! The new terrain is great, especially the ice tiles cuz you can use them as water. The new monsters have some powers that make them really powerful on ice, but they're still decent in other environments. The biggest problem is that the ice rules make moving figs frustrating!

HeroScape: Thaelenk Tundra - Thumbs Up

  • Lots more terrain = bigger battlefields!
  • The Yeti are great for ice battles.
  • You can use the ice as extra water.
  • HeroScape: Thaelenk Tundra - Thumbs Down

  • Ice is really hard for most figs to move on!

    Are Yeti Real?

    • No way. They're just made up.
    • Yeah! They must be real.
    • Nope, but the Loch Ness monster is.
    • Yes. I've seen one before!

The first game came out in 1991  ;) Anyway, I love Sonic! I stink at the games though lol My favorite characters are Knuckles and Charmy And I agree that this is the best single-player game ever!

At least you aren't restricted to TTC/or be only able to try the 3-day trial.  We're actually very lucky now; nonmembers don't give Disney a lick of money. I think Toontown is very different from Club Penguin.  It has a full plot and it's 3-Dimensional.  Also, you don't really do all that much in Club Penguin other than chat and do some mini-missions.  Also, the games were targeted to a different audience... and I feel that Toontown has more memories than Club Penguin; though that may be a bit biased as I don't really have any friends on Club Penguin (LOL), don't really play anymore anyway.

It's like club penguin, I've played it before and you have to pay for almost everything.
