The Guitar Hero video game for the Playstation 2 lets you rock out, playing along to wicked rock tunes with a guitar controller! Play as Characters You Haven't Unlocked!

You can unlock a bunch of special characters in Guitar Hero, but you have to unlock them in each difficulty setting! Argh! This cheat lets you grab a character you've unlocked in an easy mode and play them in a harder mode. Here's how you do it.

1. First, you can't have played any games in the harder difficulty. Not even one!

2. Play a game with the character you want to use, then save your progress.

3. Go to the higher difficulty but don't select a guitar hero. Just hit X on your controller.

4. When the game starts, you'll be playing the character you were using in the easier difficulty level!

5. Don't change your character in this difficulty or you'll have to unlock them the hard way.
