Drake Bell Interview (pg. 2)

Dec 27, 2006

Sindy: Who is the coolest person you've worked with to date?
Drake Bell: Roger Daltrey, lead singer of The Who. I'm in awe of him. I'm so lucky to have been able to work with him.

Sindy: Who would you like to work with in the future?
Drake Bell: Paul McCartney. That would be so cool. Though I don't know if I could handle it... I'd soil myself!

Sindy: Are you still in touch with your Amanda Show co-stars?
Drake Bell: Nancy Sullivan and I still keep in touch. That's about it.

Sindy: You've worked with Tom Cruise. Is he as crazy as he seems?
Drake Bell: No. Totally not. That's why all this stuff recently seems so surprising. He really couldn't be nicer and easier to approach. We filmed together in a hospital and he was so down to earth. He just spent hours hanging out with the patients, signing autographs and just talking to them. He's very cool.

Sindy: What's on your Christmas wish list this year?
Drake Bell: Um, I haven't really had a chance to think about that yet. You know what I did see on TV a few minutes ago? This iPod drum thing. You connect your iPod to it and then can play the drums along with your favorite songs.

Sindy: Like karaoke but with drums instead of singing?
Drake Bell: Yeah, exactly. It's totally going on my list.

Sindy: Cool. Thanks for talking to us, Drake, and good luck with the album.
Drake Bell: Thanks!
