Happy New Year everyone! So far, 2007 is my absolute BEST YEAR EVER. Yup, you guessed it - I kissed Vanessa. And what did she do? She didn't scream, run away or call me a pervert. She kissed me back!

My older brother, Miguel, didn't have quite as much luck this New Year. He came home drunk (he's underage) and my mom totally freaked on him. He's grounded for like, a month, and my mom made him do all these chores the next day while he was so hung over. I totally saw him puke while he was shoveling the driveway. Duuude, it was gross. I'm sure he's going to be in trouble for a while. At least I'm "the good kid" for a change.

Tomorrow will be my first day back to school. It'll be cool to see everyone and compare notes on what we got for Christmas. I got a bunch of video games and a new snowboarding jacket, which is cool, but there is always the kid who got, like, a PS3, 80G iPod, and - I don't know - a pony or something. You know who those kids are. Every school has one.

So what did you get for Christmas? Did you get everything you wanted or did Santa skimp a little this year? .

I think you should definitely go for the kill on New Year's but before ask how she feels about you before the New Year's party (just in case). It's past X-mas so I hope you got her something good. See ya later and good luck...
