Sindy: You're set to be on an episode of Ugly Betty. Are you looking to do more acting in the future?
Katharine McPhee: Man, that was so great. I love America Ferrera. She's so sweet. I felt like we became friends in a day. It was such a positive environment. Sindy: Did you make any New Year's resolutions?
Katharine McPhee: I don't really like them. It sort of reminds me of a time when I used to resolve to go on a diet or lose more weight or whatever. Now I just try to look at things generally like, "It's a new year, lets make it great."
