Deuce McAllister's name sort of sounds like it could be a character in a Bond movie. That, or an Austin Powers movie! This running back for the New Orleans Saints got his nickname from his high school coach.

The name just has a good sound it, doesn't it? This womens soccer legend is married to Boston Red Sox star Nomar Garciaparra, who also happens to have a pretty cool name himself.

This former MLB outfielder got his nickname "Pokey" (because he was chubby) from his grandmother at a very young age. Pokey Reese spent eight years in the Majors from 1997 to 2005.

    I don't know what is wrong with these teams. Former Colt's Head Coach, Tony Dungy, said that he wouldn't wan Sam because of the attention he was bringing. I just don't get it. I heard that his stats were amazing. A player should not be cut because of their orientation but because of their attitude or extremely poor skill. Why can't they just let him do what he loves to do, play football on a team that wants him.
