Trioncube challenges you to solve puzzles and break blocks to save the princess! Here’s Gary’s Nintendo DS game review.

The evil Hellmetal has captured the princess and only you, the captain of the spaceship Penko can rescue her! The new Trioncube puzzle game for Nintendo DS puts you in command of the cute blue spaceship on a mission to travel the galaxy gathering fuel so you can blast after the dastardly Hellmetal and save the day. What’s the deal with this puzzling puzzle game? Find out with Gary’s Trioncube game review!

Trioncube – Puzzles in Space!

In Trioncube, colored blocks fall from the top of the screen and you arrange them into three-by-three cubes to break them and earn coins. The bigger the cube, the more coins you get. You can play the Story Mode as you struggle to save the princess, Arcade Mode where all the bosses hang out, Endless Mode for tons of levels, or against another player – either a computer player or a friend!

Trioncube – Brainpower for the Win!

The coolest thing about Trioncube is that as you play you unlock all kinds of graphics and bonus items. Once you have a bunch, you can combine them to decorate your game and give it your very own style! It’s also an easy game, so anybody can play it without getting frustrated and smashing their game against the ground over and over and over again like some games make you want to.

Trioncube – Frustratingly Foul

After you’ve played for a while you’ll realize that it takes forever to unlock a lot of the bonus items! A lot of them are boring too! You can build some fun stuff if you get the right ones, but it takes a while. It’s also way too easy if you’re looking for a challenge. A hardcore gamer could finish this game with their thumbs tied together.

Trioncube – Puzzling or Painful?

It’s a fun game with a cute story and a bunch of bonus items you can unlock so you can decorate your game any way you want! It’s also easy so it’s a great game for having fun without stressing.

What Would Your Spaceship Look Like?

    • It would be a blue bird, like the Penku!
    • I'd have a giant red space lobster!
    • Mine would look like a rocket with massive engines.
    • My ship would be a giant copy of my head.

The first game came out in 1991  ;) Anyway, I love Sonic! I stink at the games though lol My favorite characters are Knuckles and Charmy And I agree that this is the best single-player game ever!

At least you aren't restricted to TTC/or be only able to try the 3-day trial.  We're actually very lucky now; nonmembers don't give Disney a lick of money. I think Toontown is very different from Club Penguin.  It has a full plot and it's 3-Dimensional.  Also, you don't really do all that much in Club Penguin other than chat and do some mini-missions.  Also, the games were targeted to a different audience... and I feel that Toontown has more memories than Club Penguin; though that may be a bit biased as I don't really have any friends on Club Penguin (LOL), don't really play anymore anyway.

It's like club penguin, I've played it before and you have to pay for almost everything.
