Book Review - Zooman Sam
Sam Krupnik has a problem. All the other boys in his class want to be firemen for Future Job Day but Sam wants to be a zookeeper and train animals. At the last minute, his parents make him a zookeeper suit with his name on it and everything. Showing up with his homemade Zooman Sam suit and 30 hats with a different animal on each makes Sam the hit of his class.
Zooman Sam is so popular that Sam does it again... and again and again. Every day Zooman Sam has to come up with new animal facts for everyone at school, even for the scary animals. Plus he has to train his food-crazy dog at home. Can he do it? Can Sam be Zooman Sam for 30 days with 30 hats? Or is it too much for a four year-old?
Lois Lowry has written another story about the Krupnik family. This time it's Sam's turn to have an adventure instead of his big sis Anastasia. Zooman Sam is a cute story about a kid who loves animals. It's a quick read and kinda goofy but it's fun. Check it out and see if Sam can become the 'Chief of Wonderfulness' or if it's too much for a four year-old to handle.
