Well, I don't know about you guys, but I had a lot of fun on St. Patrick's Day. I love theme days where you can just go crazy with it. Are there any holidays like that coming up again in the near future? I guess Easter is in a week or so, but I think of that as more of a have-dinner-with-your-family holidays than a have-fun-with-your-friends holiday.

With Easter comes spring break, which I am sooo excited about. School hasn't been too bad lately, but that doesn't mean I'm not looking forward to a whole week away from it. I still don't know what I'm going to get up to, but it's probably as good a time as any to start surfing. Sure, it'll be a little cold, but I can just wear a dry suit. I'm pretty sure you can rent them with your board.

Speaking of my New Year's goals - my guitar lessons have been going great! Like really great. I have learned way more in these past few weeks than the years of trying to teach myself. I don't know why I didn't take a lesson before now. Oh yeah, it's cuz my mom said I wasn't allowed to take lessons for something I wouldn't stay committed to. I think she's pretty happy that I haven't totally bailed on them yet.

I've mostly been playing old songs, working my way up to playing some more complicated stuff. Do any of you play guitar? Do you have any good song suggestions that I should start practicing?

I think that's my mom shouting at me for dinner, so I gotta jet. Don't forget to let me know about your favorite songs!
