Firehouse Dog - Mistaken Identity

When Rexxx stumbles upon Shane and his firefighter dad, he's wearing his movie set tags (which say Dewey) and is missing his signature hair piece, so no one recognizes him as the superstar that he is. Rexxx/Dewey seems a little perturbed with his new ordinary life at first, but it doesn't take him long to get into the swing of things. Before long, Dewey is winning over everyone at Firehouse 55, including Shane and his over-worked, grief-stricken dad.

Firehouse Dog - Dog Days

It doesn't take long for Firehouse Dog to take a real dramatic turn. It's funny and heartwarming, but it also has a dramatic sub-plot about a serial arsonist. Lucky for Shayne and his dad, Dewey is there to help them to unearth the truth about the deadly fires that are being started all over their community - and save some lives while he's at it!

Firehouse Dog - Rexxx to the Rescue

Just when things are starting to look up for Shane and his dad, Rexxx's real owner shows up (after seeing his pooch on TV) to take him back home. Shayne is super sad, but pretends he doesn't care that his new found friend Dewey is gone. Rexxx quickly realizes that he's much happier living his life as Dewey and escapes his plush hotel room to join Firehouse 55 to save the day. But that doesn't mean that his real owner is going to give up so easily on the fame and fortune his dog brings him!

Firehouse Dog won't be winning any awards, but it is a heartwarming movie about the importance of family and new friends. Rexxx/Dewey is one cute and impressive dog. His stunts rival some of the best stuntmen in Hollywood - and his bedroom cleaning skills aren't bad either. This is definitely a cute flick that'll be fun for everyone.
