Wow. Am I glad there's a long weekend on the way. School is winding down, but that means a million projects and tests all at once. Summer really can't come soon enough!

Of course on top of all my homework and studying, I've still had the whole Melody situation to worry about. Thankfully she decided to come clean with her 'rents. They were obviously really upset, but things seem to have settled down and I think she's relieved to have them around to help her through all this mess. Sam is still acting all weird about things, but hopefully he'll stop being such a jerk and just take responsibility for his actions.

My mom, sister and I will be headed to San Diego tomorrow for the weekend. We're going to head to the zoo and SeaWorld. Amy loves animals and there was no talking her out of going to both. I want to spend some time surfing cuz I've never surfed down there and get in a little shopping. Sure, I don't have a job for the summer yet, but I'm going to need some cute outfits to wear to interviews, right?

I wonder what Simon's going to get up to this summer? I know he has to find a job so he can afford to impress that girlfriend of his, but I hope he'll have some time to visit. I haven't seen him in ages!

Well, we're heading out on our trip first thing after school tomorrow, so I guess I should pack my bag now. What are your plans for Memorial Day? Going anywhere or just staying home and chillin'? !
