Bratz: Motion Picture Soundtrack Review

Courtesy of Universal Music
The Bratz movie is coming to a theater near you on August 3, 2007. It's packed full of friendship, drama, and - most importantly - a ton of great tunes. We're taking a look at the Bratz soundtrack!
Bratz - Motion Picture Soundtrack
The Bratz soundtrack is full of poppy
girl-power tracks that would make the
ideal soundtrack to your next sleepover (it even has the
Slumber Party Girls on it - how thematic!). The album features a host of
up-and-coming artists like
NTL, Prima J and
Brick & Lace along side more established acts like
Ashlee Simpson, Lifehouse and Dropping Daylight. The only downside? Don't expect your boyfriend to groove along to this album with you - this album is
seriously girly.
Bratz: Motion Picture Soundtrack - Fun Facts
Bratz: Motion Picture Soundtrack drops on July 31, 2007.
The Bratz will be promoting their music through a series of gigs at select Walmarts in California.
Paula Abdul was originally enlisted to choreograph Bratz, but was dropped from the film. Her camp says she left the movie of her own accord, but Paula's reality show, Hey Paula, seems to show that she was actually fired.
Ashlee Simpson's song Invisible was originally released by the band Jaded Era.
The Bratz have two of their own songs on the album. The group is made up of Janel Parrish (Jade), Skyler Shaye (Cloe), Logan Browning (Sasha) and Nathalia Ramos (Yasmin).
