July 1 - LOTR hottie Liv Tyler turned 30, Missy Elliot hit 36, and Baywatch babe Pamela Anderson celebrated the big 4-0.
July 2 - Messed up Mean Girl Lindsay Lohan spent her 21st birthday in rehab, while [KWLINK ]Ashley Tisdale[/KWLINK] turned 22.
July 3 - Mr. Katie Holmes, Tom Cruise, hit 45.
July 6 - Rapper 50 Cent turned 31 and President George W. Bush celebrated his 61st b-day.
July 8 - One Tree Hill actress Sophia Bush turned 25.
July 9 - Wonder Years star Fred Savage hit 31 and aging rocker Courtney Love turned 43. Also, actor Tom Hanks turned 51.
July 10 - Jessica Simpson turned 27.
July 12 - Everyone's favorite '80s TV dad, Bill Cosby, celebrated his 70th birthday.
July 16 - Talladega Nights and Blades of Glory star Will Farrell hit the big 4-0.
July 17 - The Hoff (AKA David Hasselhoff) turned 55.
July 18 - Vin Diesel had a Fast and Furious 40th birthday.
July 19 - Even Stevens actor Steven Anthony Lawrence turned 17.
July 20 - The world's richest supermodel, Gisele Bundchen, hit 27.
July 21 - Scarlett Johansson's ex Josh Hartnett turned 29 and funnyman Robbin Williams hit 55.
July 23 - Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliff turned 18 while Michelle Williams celebrated her 27th birthday.
July24 - Actress Anna Paquin turned 25 and J.Lo hit 37.
July 25 - Friends star Matt LeBlanc turned 40.
July 26 - Actress Kate Beckinsale turned 34 and Sandra Bullock hit 43.
July 27 - Singer Cheyenne Kimball turned 17.
July 30 - Actress Hilary Swank turned 32 and Friend's actress Lisa Kudrow turned 43.
July 31 - Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling celebrated her 41st b-day.
July 2007 - Celebrity Arrests
Lindsay Lohan emerged from her 45 day stint in rehab wearing an alcohol monitoring anklet and quickly hit the clubs. However, the monitoring device wasn't enough to keep her out of trouble. She was arrested for drunk driving and cocaine possession less than two weeks after her release from rehab.
Rumored-to-be-pregnant Nicole Richie was sentenced to four days in jail and three years probation on July 27, 2007 after pleading guilty to DUI charges. This is her second DUI conviction.
