You can bet on it that Zac Efron is KW's choice for best dressed hottie! Decked out in a black pinstriped vest, white T-shirt and perfect coif, he won two awards (Choice TV Movie for High School Musical 2 and Choice Male Hottie), as well as the hearts of every girl in the audience.Best Dressed - Vanessa Hudgens
Zac's real-life sweetheart, Vanessa Hudgens, looked totally sweet in an ivory geometric print dress. She dressed it up with loads of jewelry, including a "V" necklace that we like to think stands for va-va-voom! She walked away with Choice TV Movie for HSM 2 and Choice Female Breakout Artist, but the fact that she walked away on Zac's arm is what we're jealous about!Best Dressed - Honorable Mentions
