Atlantis can be real, but we just can't find on what place there are Atlantis ruins in Atlantic ocean.
However, I can prove that 31.255074,-24.384155 can be Atlantis. Another things that you need are the ancient Greek world maps.

Plato says that atlantis was made of five rings right?
I think that the middle ring might have sat in the middle of
an active volcano. think about it... the outer ring of the
volcano would have been a perfect defense of outer
forces. So in one day and one night an earthquake could
have triggered the volcano and also create a set of title
waves that could have ricocheted of the other rings. so
an earthquake to cause major destruction. Lava to
burn down the city and a tsunami to drown whats left
