I'm Just Looking for MCR news everywhere so that, i can see if they announced it or if they are recording or writing already. Either way, Frank said that it would be late 2012 or early 2013. Actually, i Wish that they could go to my country again because the last time they went there (i live in the Philippines), Gerard was really disappointed because the real fans were in the back and the fake fans were in the front (They only knew Welcome to The Black Parade,sheesh)
