Hi, for all the football playas out there,I want to giv u just a lil thing to do at home if u want to improve.I think itll be pretty good.Its a begginers non-weight workout i got from the net:
This is a full body workout to ease beginners into getting xxxxxr for the Also this program should be done 3xto 2 times a week.

Chin-ups 2-3x At least 8
Resistance bands curls 2x 15 reps
The resistance should be quite high
Push-ups 3x As many as possible
Sit-ups 3x As many as possible
Leg raises 2x As many as possible
Hyper extensions 2x 20-30
Jumps squats 4x As many as possible
Lunges or jump lunges 2-3 x As many as possible

And if any of yall got any workouts without weights i can do at home to get me improved for football, i would surely like to know.Or any advice for runningbacks,wide,outs,corners and safetys.Im pretty good, i always look to improve, last year in peewee i got 997 yards as a tight end.And 1 more thing,
I got an injurie like a strained or pulled hamstring so if yall got advice on how to get rid or them or any other injuries it would be helpful.
