Number one, I would recommend The Wheel of Time by Robert Jordan. Every now and then there might be just a little bit of That Stuff, but there is nothing bad in it. Not very extreme at all. It's an amazing story. Second, I would recommend Warriors by Erin Hunter. The first book is called Into the Wild. It's a very good series. Guardians of G a # # o o l ## by Kathryn Lasky is also pretty good.

I think you need to look at popular books like Harry Potter. Another great book series is The Lord Of The Rings. If you read those books, they should keep occupied for a long time.

Try.......
if you like girlie books anything by Sarah Dessen. I personally recommend Someone Like You or That Summer.
Also try the Matched series by Allie Condie. It's a futuristic romance about a girl who goes against society.
My final recommendation is Cloaked, A Kiss In Time, or Beastly by Alex Flinn. All of them are twists on modern fairy tales. like  a Kiss In Time was my favorite. Its a twist on Sleeping Beauty.

One Way or Another
