I am still a Pokemon fan! I collect the cards, because no one i know has any. I love the games for gameboy and ds( i still have a working gameboy!) and i wantch the tv show whenever i get a chance.

A lot of the older kids like Pokemon, mostly because they grew up with it. I personally never got into it as a kid: I hate turn-based combat in general. But my girlfriend especially, who's actually from Japan, really enjoys Pokemon, I remember her stepdad got her Black 2, or White 2, I can never remember. But no, the older generation are really into the games, the trading cards they only have if they kept them as a kid, the anime they tend to ignore. Not because it's bad, just because they're probably busy with the games.
