I don't use cheats, you can use Sims 2 wiki for tech help. For example, in order to get babies, woohooing won't help. Your male and female need to cuddle, kiss, make out, then try for baby. The chance of pregnancy is 50%. If your female is pregnant, you hear a sweet little lullaby. If you don't hear it, female isn't pregnant. About how to get twins, woohooing won't help too. Your female sim needs to eat cheesecake in order to get twins. Also, death for every sims are different. Sims can die by different ways, but children can die but only from disease, drowning, or fire. Teens can die from anything except old age. In order to get aliens, the teen or adult sim needs to stargaze with the expensive telescope, and the chance of abduction is extremely small - 1/2 out of 1%. After so, male sims can turn pregnant. The only 100% chance is when you stargaze at the first time in the house of Curious. This is scripted in EXE.
