This isn't a game, I know, but I'm trying to upload a file into it and everytime I upload it into it, the video is only half as long as it should be! How can I get it to be full size??

Windows Movie Maker is absolutely the worst Movie Making software out there.
I don't even bother learning how to use it.
A word to the wise ain't necessary - it's the stupid ones that need the advice.
Be extremely subtle, even to the point of formlessness. Be extremely mysterious, even to the point of soundlessness. Thereby you can be the director of the opponent's fate.
Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working for one.

You need to crop it some how...maybe getting some free crappy video making software off a trusted site, cropping it in half say, and then uploading the two?
I dunno, I use Sony Vegas but that ain't free. :P

I'm only using it to delete some parts of a video I already have. Can I just delete some parts of a video without using any software 'cuz that stuff is really tedious...

Something that might help is saving it as a different file, like .avg
Press and hold CTRL + P.
Click on My Computer. (Or web if you want to be able to upload it in the web.) Enter a file name, and a file to put the movie in. Click on 'best quality for playback on my computer' Click next, and wait for the video to save.
