I'M STARTING CHEERLEADING THIS FALL AND I'M THE FATEST GIRL IN MY GRADE AND I WANT TO BE A FLYER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT TO DO TO LOSE WEIGHT BEFORE PRACTIS??????? SOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! u can be a flyer in cheerleading
to lose weight before practice: go for a walk,jog,run
do tumbling because every cheerleader needs it
do another sport with cheerleading
maybe dance or gymnastics

Woah there.  The last thing you wanna do is skip meals.  If you skip meals, you'll just end up hungry, and not energized, and you wanna be energized for cheerleading.  Instead, try eating healthier like non-GMO stuff, non-High Fructose Corn Syrup stuff, less fatty stuff, etc.   

My whole goal in life is to get AlphaT to debate Teh_Skittlez as an Atheist and for Teh_Skittlez to debate AlphaT as a Christian.

Chances are, you probably don't look like a hippo.  Anyways, talk to your doctor to see what he/she recommends, and I'm not saying that you shouldn't lose weight.  I'm just saying that there are other ways to do it besides starving yourself which is never the solution.
