In chat, there should be a report button next to each user, so if the filter misses something, you can easily report that user for chat. E.g.  (This actually happened), one time there was a user was spamming chat with the "a" word, and so I blocked him.  There was no mod in chat, and there was no report button that I could hit to report him.  Who agrees with me?

I dont use chat, its filled with non intelligent people (No offense to the many intelligent people that use chat)
