Wait, you're trying to make your pic move in your siggy?  Okay, here's how you do it:  

1.  Upload pic.
2.  Wait for mod approval.
3.  Get embedded code.
4.  Copy and paste in siggy.
5.  Put this around it but without the spaces:  <marquee > Your embedded code here </ marquee>
6.  Submit.
7. ###### probably not work.
8.  Press "Edit Signature". 
9.  Don't do anything and resubmit it.
